Missed miscarriage?💔

So I put a horrible thought into the universe and I think it might be my fault. I’m 8w and have no symptoms of pregnancy anymore extreme cramping whitish pink mucus all that but I live in a small town they don’t do emergency ultrasounds before 12w if you’ve experienced this please tell me if it sounds like one

It’s disconcerting but completely normal for symptoms to come & go in general but also to drop off around 8-9 weeks as the placenta starts taking over.

It may be. I had pink spotting. Then symptoms eased. Then sharp cramps. Then a few days later brown/red bleeding. Then the next day I miscarried. It felt like contractions - then gushes of blood and tissue. 
See your doctor and ask for hcg monitoring and if you bleed heavily, an ultrasound

I had a “missed” miscarriage at 5 weeks and 5 days. 
It started with light brown discharge that slowly turned into heavy bright red bleeding with lots of clots. 
A loss of pregnancy symptoms alone isn’t anything to worry about. Some women never have any symptoms at all in early pregnancy. They can come and go easily. 
There’s nothing that you did or could have done to prevent it if it’s happening. They just happen and they’re devastating. 1 in 10 women will have a miscarriage.
