Preeclampsia at 23 weeks????

I haven’t been diagnosed but I had protein in my urine last appointment and was told I had a UTI and yeast infection. Went home with a blood pressure monitor to check myself everyday. These are my last few readings for the day. Could this be a sign of preeclampsia? I haven’t had any swelling at all. In fact I’m 5 pounds lighter then my pre-pregnancy weight because of all my morning sickness😩 I also have a blood clotting disorder which I’m on blood thinners for and I haven’t been taking them (I know I’m terrible) but could this just be my nerves?? And if I do have preeclampsia this early, what will happen!? They were all taken an hour apart from each other.

Its recommended to check right when you wake up(have it next to your bed so dont walk)
Then afternoon after 10-20mins of sitting or laying down not sure
Repeat before bed time.
Movement and worrying can raise your blood pressure.

Could you just have high blood pressure? Did you check yourself consistently before this? 
Have any headaches or migraines?

Your bp readings are not terrible. You could probably lower your salt in take and get them to go down a little. Start taking your meds! You need to be as healthy as possible right now because deliveries can be a little rough for both mom and baby.

And it's rare but preeclampsia can start at 20 weeks. Best to give your doctor a call or if really worried go to triage.

Pre eclampsia is diagnosed after you have confirmed protein in your urine, your BP is 140/90+ consistently, you have headaches and/or severe edema (water retention). 
I gained 10lbs in water weight in less than 48 hours and was leaking massive amounts of protein into my urine. They monitored my BP and had to treat me for severe migraines with my first. 
This is the kind of swelling/water retention I’m talking about:

If you have all of the above, or issues with water retention, headaches, vision problems (blurry/spots), consistent high BP, AND protein in your urine, then it’s definitely something your OB will be worried about and monitoring you consistently for.
