Do you log your BBT after a night of a few drinks (before ovulation)

Question

I had a few glasses of wine, my bbt tends to raise around .5 degrees after drinking the night prior. I’m not sure if that will skew my results/prediction, or if it doesn’t matter to have an off reading every once and a while!

Yep i do but i also eave a note so I kno if the temp is different that day I know why

If I ever had a drink I would still log it but if it was completely out I would tell ff to discard it

I log it but discard it because it super throws off my coverline. Every night I’ve had 2 or more glasses of wine, it raise my temperature by 0.5-1 degree!

Yes but drinking cam skews your temps. If it's outlier high, disregard that temp while calculating for your coverline.
