The past couple of day’s I’ve felt uneasy cramps in legs and arms and felt sick with some heaving but not being sick hot flashes too, I started what I believe is my period but it is 5 days early little and dark to light and spotty to barely nothing today but hasn’t started like all my other times which is normally heavy and dark and always like clock work,

Has any one had this befor?
