Geritol? Anybody tried it?

Has anyone tried Geritol and conceived? I was told back in August that I had PCOS. I’ve been trying to conceive for a while now. I’ve tried everything from conceive plus to preseed. But then I came across a post on FB about Geritol. How older women used to take it back in the day to get pregnant & that there’s a “baby at the bottom of each bottle”. I also did my research through reviews on Amazon & other ttc forums and see a lot of women saying the same. It just doesn’t whether or not they too have PCOS.
