Hair loss?

What can I use to prevent my hair falling like this any tips or shampoo? Right now I use biolage shampoo n conditioner but every week it's about the same amount of hair loss after I wash.

My hair fell out for 2 years, I never found out why but I’m convinced it was hormonal and so nothing can be done unfortunately. Get tested for vitamin deficiencies, common ones are B, D or iron, they’ll likely test for thyroid also, but if they all come back normal I’m afraid you just have to ride it out ☹️

Many reasons :
Most common,  you wash your hair once a week and pick it up most of the time..... the natural 100 hairs a day that are meant to fall, now fall out on wash day that approx 700 hairs . Looks like alot but normal. 
Also post partum hair loss could be a reason.
Thyroid levels
Change of diet/ drastic weight change  and/or stress  (6m ago not now) .
