I’m in shock but not sure how to feel

Tested this morning with the CVS early result test. Couldn’t believe the result so tested again. I’m having it confirmed with a blood test at urgent care but trying not to get my hopes up (and haven’t told my fiancé) until I’m sure it’s real. Anyone else had issues with these tests?
