My boy is 15 weeks and wearing 6 month, some 6-9 month clothes because of his leg length. He's about 17 lbs and 26.5 inches long.

18 weeks old, 13 lbs, 24 inches and 3 months clothes still fit. Some 3 to 6 month is too big but can wear. Even some 0-3 months works for us. Size 2 diapers.
