Napping

You guys!!!! When do babies nap longer than 30 minutes???? My LO will be 3 months old on Tuesday and she naps no longer than 30 minutes unless she is in someone’s arms!!! Do babies have some sort of inner clock? It seriously is 30 min on the dot. I try to put her back down and sometimes it works but again it’ll only be for 20-30 min the second time around. She sleeps anywhere to 5-10 hours at night. Do Naps get better?????
