Small iced coffee from Dunkin safe? i can’t get a straight answer to how much caffeine it has was originally told 190 mg another place said 250 🤷🏻‍♀️

I literally will drink a large iced coffee from Dunkin and everything is fine. I’m 38w4d. Don’t stress the small stuff!

That’s fine every day. There’s no way a small dunkin iced coffee has that much caffeine in it. A tall Starbucks cold brew has 155mg of caffeine and it is way stronger than dunkin. I drank large dunkin iced coffees while pregnant because I could tell they didn’t have much caffeine in them.

It’s totally fine! My midwives literally recommend caffeine for headaches, I still drink coffee daily. Have with my all of my pregnancies.

Small coffee is totally ok. I used to drink 3 a day before pregnant, once I found out I limited to one just to be able to keep my eyes open😁 also helped with my headache so didn’t have to take medicine.

I drink a large hot coffee or medium iced coffee everyday.  Sometimes both in a day. I drank coffee with all my pregnancies. Don’t stress out about it too much.

I drank so much coffee and pop when I was pregnant with my daughter and she is perfectly fine. I was told by a nurse that caffeine won't do anything to the baby.
