P.I.O
I will be doing my own P.I.O shots, my husband is in the army and will be gone to Drill Sargent school for 8 weeks..... do you guys have any pointers for me for self injecting my P.I.O? Any tips and tricks are welcome! I am super small 4’9” 95lbs, that needle scares me, I feel like if I put the needle all the way in, I’ll hit bone. Lol 😂
