WHERE TO START

so I’m a at home mom. My baby was premature so have been told by doctor keep her home until March-ish time to avoid her getting seriously poorly due to some conditions she has.

I have stopped breastfeeding but my weight is just piling on.

Any tips please! As stupid as it sounds I really struggle with eating salads I feel sick due to texture so need alternatives?

I would like to lose 20kg but don’t have a set date just want to make a start on losing weight!

I don’t know where to start.
