Has anyone gotten a horrible head cold and then their BFP?

I'm just grasping at straws hoping that this horrible head cold could mean my BFP.

Omg me. At 9 dpo it literal felt like a caught the flu and then the next day it was gone. It was so weird but I tested at 10dpo with morning urine and it turned out positive. Here I am just turned 16+1.
