Early period or implantation bleeding?

I am 7dpo, and I have 6 more days until AF. My period is always right on schedule but today I had bright pink blood. Is it possible to get my period 7dpo or is it more likely implantation bleeding? I just did a test and it came back negative but I know if it is IB, then it’s not going to show positive yet.

It could be, as long as it doesn’t last more than 2 days (usually) and it doesn’t fill a pad. 7 DPO is way to early to test. It’s reccomend to wait until a week after your missed period.
