If it’s a lot how often are you pumping? This is for average mommas, not over producing.

I noticed my evening pumps, anything after like 1pm are slowing down on the amount so I’ve had to dip into my freezer stash in the evening.

I’m only getting 20-25oz/day over 6 sessions. I have 3 kids so finding the time to squeeze in those two other sessions is hard.

My amounts range from barely 2oz to 5oz depending. Better pumps are in the AM. The lesser ones are at night. I don’t know how to get them up. I do great for the first half of the day to feed my girl but I’m struggling at night.

Just curious what other mommas get!
