Possible TMI. Sore breasts

Hello ladies! I know most women here are not medical doctors but I would still like some advice.. Is there a way to distinguish between sore breasts for premenstrual vs pregnancy? I am 10 days dpo & Aunt Flo is fue 1/9. My breasts have been VERY sore to the point where I can’t even move sometimes, along with some strong nausea mostly in the morning. I currently have two kids, ages 2 & 6 so I do know what it’s like; I’m not actively trying but I’m not preventing it either.
