Organic Tampons and pads?

Anyone ever tried them? Would you purchase them over regular products? What are the pros and cons.

I use them and loooove them. I’ve had my period for over a decade now and just now started using tampons regularly. Previously, I would use a regular tampon and a week after my period develop uncomfortable symptoms (like a yeast infection). 
When I switched to a cleaner tampon, I no longer had those symptoms.

Yeah, they are great. 
The only cons I can think of are price & I’ve heard of some brands breaking apart once saturated because there is no rayon to hold the cotton together, but that’s never happened to me - just a review I read.
