Stomach issues early in pregnancy?
So, I haven't had my bfp yet but seem to be having lots of symptoms. I won't test until next week. But I'm having terrible stomach issues. Awful cramps and can't keep anything in my system and constant diarrhea and nausea. Has anyone experienced this kind of symptom early in pregnancy? Trying to decide whether this is worth going to the doctor to get checked out.
