Sleeping a lot after shots?

Hi ladies,

My daughter had her 2 month shots yesterday & I’m just wondering if it’s normal for her to sleep ALL DAY? She’s usually awake majority of the day, only takes maybe 3 naps a day sometimes 4. But since yesterday when she had her shots she hasn’t really been awake, between yesterday & today she’s only really been awake for 5 hours.. she’s still peeing, pooping, & eating. But not eating as much as she usually does.. She’s breastfed & gets one bottle of formula a day. Last night she barely wanted to nurse & today she’s done alittle better about nursing, but still not nearly as much as she usually does.. she acts normal when she’s awake, she just acts very very tired when she is awake, but she is still smiling & babbling when awake.. should I be concerned??
