We recently had a baby boy and he is 5 weeks today. He is sleeping in his bassinet and when we try to put him down for a nap and take a shower together just for some adult intimate alone time. We use the en-suite and the door is open so we can see and hear babe. As soon as we are in the shower together the babe wakes up and screams. Same as when we are all in bed at night and one of us parents is just trying to cuddle the other. Don’t get me wrong we love our little one but all we want is 10 minutes to ourselves to kind of have some intimacy back
