What would you do?

Caitlin

Our LO hated his bassinet from the beginning. It was so firm that he could roll to his side and always ended up with his face smushed into the side. We moved him to his crib where he sleeps *so* much better and stays on his back. I've been sleeping on an air mattress on the floor in his nursery for the past five weeks. I can deal with the discomfort and missing my husband, but I go back to work on Monday and we really don't want the babysitter to have to step around a blow up bed in his small nursery all day long. We have a monitor that alerts you if the baby's face is covered and will sleep with our door and his open. Is it irresponsible to let him sleep in his room alone? We debated putting him in the pack n play in our room, but know we'd have to transition him back to his crib eventually and he's doing so well in it now. I'm just torn on what to do. Thanks for your thoughts, mommas!
