I’m confused

The last time I had sex was in the middle of November. I have had 2 periods since. And took like 6 pregnancy tests since. All were negative (one looked slight but since the other 5 were clear negative I ignored and because I got my period as scheduled). I am also on birth control pill and used a condom once out of the two times and he pulled out each time (2 rounds in one night). However have been having strange cramps but I am ovulating.

I am fine right?

How do you move past a pregnancy scare?

Was I overreacting?

What’s up with the cramps?

How do I do better in the future?
