Hi everyone. I’m pregnant with my fiancé’s child. He is in the Navy. He’s 19 and I am 18. I told my grandmother I was pregnant because she’s really the only person I can talk to. She thinks that I’m not ready and that my fiancé and I would be too busy to raise a child right now. I really would like to go to nursing school but at the same time I can’t bring myself to not have the child anymore. My fiancé is overjoyed and feels we are ready and he’s ready to support and protect our family. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? To either follow my heart or my brain? (Follow my career, have a family later) or has anyone ever experienced a situation like this? Anything would help, please..
