My husband and I have been TTC for almost two years. I have not taken birth control since 2016 but actively trying since 2018. I have very regular cycles and there is nothing odd about my cycle what so ever. We have an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist in April but since that is still 4 months away I thought I would go to my obgyn in the meantime. My blood work and ultrasound came back normal and my husband is having his sperm count checked as well. But, my obgyn recommended surgery to see if I have endometriosis as the next step. I feel like there has to be another option. I don't have any symptoms of endometriosis or PCOS (I am not a doctor so I don't know if I could still have it with no symptoms) is there anything I should be asking to try before going to surgery?
