Am I going to have a miscarriage ?

My doctor had my levels test last week because she didn’t see anything on the ultra sound the hcg was 36 and my progesterone was 17.. she had me come back to her office yesterday and she checked the levels again my hcg is 2077 and my progesterone is 13 but a very tiny sac on the ultrasound.. does that mean my pregnancy is continuing and is it okay for my progesterone levels to go down?
