Anxiety/birth control ??

Question

Anybody ever experienced anxiety or depression on birth control pills? I’ve been ready a ton of things lately about them maybe being a cause to my depression/anxiety? 
Anyone experienced anything similar?
I’ve stopped taking them 3 days ago in hope that this may help!

Yes. I did. I changed my diet and started eating less processed and refined foods. I also started taking a b12 supplement and exercise 10-20 minutes to boost dopamine. Seems to be working so far.

I experience alot of emotional changes on them. I get snappy and inpatient. I always feel angry. I've tried probably 20 different ones over my life time and I feel the same on all of them. Have you been on them for more than 3 months? It takes your body 3 months to adjust properly and if it has been and you are still feeling this way then speak to your doctor about switching to a different one. They all have different levels of hormones so you have to find the one that works with you body best.
