Learning adult life without adult guidance is hard

I don't have anyone in my life and I need someone to guide me in the right direction.

I have a high school diploma but I don't have the ability to go back to school, or really any "special skills"

But I need to find a job, and I was wondering if someone could give me tips on how to find something better than fast food or Walmart jobs.

Obviously I'd take what I can get, but no one wants to imagine themselves serving burgers for the next ten years.

I know working from home is a thing, but it seems like all I've found are scams. And any decent jobs I find that I feel like it's really enjoy have requirements I wouldn't meet.

Is there a way for me to find decent paying jobs that I'm not aware of? Or something to help me start an actual career?
