Pregnancy dreams

I had unprotected sex with my ex on Christmas and i didn’t even think about being pregnant or anything but last night i had a dream that i was pregnant and saw a blue baby bottle with spoiled milk in it and after smelling the milk i threw up. Do you think this means anything? After having the dream i just keep worrying my dream may be predicting something.
