Dizzy spells at 20 weeks
Has anyone started getting dizzy spells? Today at the end of work I started to get really dizzy. I thought I needed to eat something so I did and it didn’t help. I read it’s common to get dizzy in your second trimester, but I didn’t think it’d be this bad.
