What now...

31 years old, tried for 12months...
Got body checked- both of us are all good.
Used ovulation stick almost every month,
am I now officially infertile? 
What else can I do now?

Keep trying.  DH and I tried for at least 4 years (I stopped counting the years) and just fell Pregnant in August.  I'm 33 now.  All was deemed physically fine but still couldn't get pregnant.  Baby dust to you.

Few other things you can try:
- diet changes (like a PCOS friendly plan) 
- light low impact exercise
- investing in supplements (like myo-inositol)
- and of course Clomid/other OTC medications

What diagnostic testing have you done? Are you taking your BBT? 
If you haven’t already, do some research into natural fertility routes to see if it’s a good next next for you. A lot can be changed with diet, right amount of exercise, supplements and acupuncture.

No you aren’t infertile; sometimes it just takes longer. Good news is you’re both good! Have you considered IUI? 
Have you seen a fertility doctor? Did they give you any suggestions?
