Help ! Do you guys have any idea of what it could be ?? The doctor is close so I can’t go and I might need to wait a few days before I can see a doctor.

It looks similar to what my son had a few months ago, it looked like nappy rash at first but I noticed a few other spots on his leg, hand and around his lips which made me think it could be the start of chickenpox but then he came out with white blisters on his lips so I got an on the day appointment to see a doctor and he said it looked like hand foot and mouth but the few spots he had didn’t get any worse like it kind of started but then just went away, if it is hand foot and mouth you may notice your child has a sore throat or seems generally unwell. I thought hand foot and mouth is something pretty obvious to see but my son didn’t get any blisters on his feet he only had one spot on his hand but it does affect the nappy area which is where the majority of spots were.

It could be hand foot and mouth. It is normally accompanied by a fever but not always. With both my sons when they had it they never once got a fever. And it was confirmed by their doctor that it was hfmd.

Does LO have any spots on feet, hands or around the mouth? My LO just had a rash like this on his bum and legs but his arms/hands were also bad. He didn't have many on his feet and none around his mouth. The doctor said it's hand foot and mouth which the rash doesn't always present around the name. Definitely get LO checked out ASAP because it is very contagious for 7-10 days if it is HFM.

Did your child have a fever at all before this rash showed up? It does look like hand, foot, mouth. But that will have a very high fever that breaks and then bumps like this show up within 24 hours.

My daughter had this exact rash and by the next day it covered her body. Our doctor said chicken pox- her daycare said the other kids doctors said hand foot and mouth. Hers started a little on her butt and immediately went to her legs but the spots themselves looked really close to this.

Could be like a diaper/nappy allergy. Try changing your brands.

Irritated from diaper.  Vasaline and make sure the diaper us the right size

Looks like a heat rash. Make sure your baby is getting enough ventilation in the diaper. I'd also but a little Vaseline on it in case it's a diaper rash.
