Dehydration=worse morning sickness??

Can being dehydrated make you more nauseous?? My wee is dark orange and i feel quite thirsty but everything i drink taste like crap!

You need to drink water. Doesnt take of anything. You need it to hydrate your body. It is required to drink at least 3L a day when you're pregnant

Yes!!! Being dehydrated and also having an empty stomach has always made my nausea waaaaaaay worse. I struggled with drinking (and eating) because my morning sickness was so bad. But I found drinking ICE COLD water helped. Sometimes I put fresh lemon in it, but that was hit or miss with my nausea. Also I drank G2 (lower sugar Gatorade) when I was really dehydrated.

I was the same and ended up on a drip for fluids and anti sickness meds. try small sips I know it’s hard but you have to force it in

If your urine is dark orange, I'd try to push fluids. See if you can tolerate popsicles. Small sips of water. If you can't keep it down you may need to go in to get some.iv fluids. I've been a fan of a sports drink cut with water when nothing tasted good to me.

I found adding ice helped! I could only drink my water if it had ice in it, worth a shot!
