Period finished 4 days ago and just got a positive OPK! usually ovulate CD14-17 or later. Why am I ovulating so early ?

Sometimes you can get false surges, Ive had one before...at 6 dpo where body tries to ovulate and then went on to get another surge at regular time (12 dpo) and ovulated then
