Honestly I think it depends on the relationship that exists with her now(or doesn’t) and how they broke up...I.e. if he left her for you yes awkward and inappropriate but if they grew apart and mutually decided to separate and continue to have a nice friendly relationship that includes you then no it would be fine

I second Ellen.  Weird that youd want to do that considering shes literally going be comparing herself to you.  I'm not into making other women feel any kind of negative comparison no matter how fleeting.  Booking with her would just mean your intentionally looking to potentially hurt her.

Even if you’re comfortable with it, I feel that would put her into a weird position. Even if she had no feelings for him, that just sounds really uncomfortable. I would try to find someone else
