Anxiety about birth 😫😔
Am I the only one having extreme anxiety about birth? I swear I can feel myself dilating and I know I was 2cm 50% effaced the other day and I cannot wait to have my son bc I am in so much pain. I have SPD And I can barely move anymore, barley walk without my pelvis and back giving out so trust me when I say I am ready.... but as a FTM I am kind of freaking out a lot. I’m so scared to have a serious panic attack... tell me I’m not alone
