Working out

I started working out again about two weeks ago, just some cardio and light weight lifting (as in running for 10 minutes and then using 5 lb dumbbells) and I have noticed a major decrease in my supply. I’m barely getting 2oz for my first pump in the morning, and I used to get anywhere from 5-8oz in the morning. I’m trying to keep my calories and water intake up but I’m afraid working out is making my supply drop.... do I need to stop?😩😩
