Should I continue or choose a different path?

About 2 years ago, I don't know what i wanted for my  future, until last year. I've finally made up my mind to pursue my childhood dream of becoming a Doctor. I decided to take up BS Psychology for my pre-med course. At first, I was freaking excited as I am one step closer to my "dream", but as time goes by I am starting to feel like I don't belong in this field/ and that medicine is probably not for me. I'm starting to doubt on what I really want because I'm starting to feel unhappy with my course. I don't know if I should just keep going or I should shift. I can see myself as a doctor in the future and I've planned it well. I'm just quite unhappy now.
Should I change my pre-med course or change my plan and take up a different course as in (multimedia arts/journalism/mass communications)?

What has you feeling like you don’t belong? If you can dream of being a doctor, you can be a doctor. It’s hard and it isn’t for everyone. For example, I couldn’t see myself as a doctor. But being able to see yourself as a doctor is a big first step in the right direction. I think you should stay on your current path. Research imposter syndrome and see if it applies to you. That might be what you’re experiencing. You belong if you wish to belong. Good luck.

Don’t give up because it is hard, it is not your ‘dream’ but your DREAM! And they are hard!!! They meant to be if it were easy you wouldnt have dream about it! Keep doing it, if you keep doing it, it will get easier!
