I’m trying to teach my daughter her letters. She’s 4 and can recognize the letters in her name but that’s about it. So I bought flash cards and she gets frustrated and doesn’t want to do it. Will this change? Is she behind or just not interested yet?

Update: I guess I should have been more clear with the flash cards. I don’t just go through them to have her name them, I make games with it. I’m trying to find other activity’s with her but she just doesn’t want to do any of it. I have tracing books, play doh, learning games, she just gets annoyed if I asked her what letter it is. I just say it’s ok you don’t have to say if you don’t want to. It’s also very hard for my husband and I as we both work full time and both in college. We try when we can but it’s not perfect. Thanks for the input.
