Shakes 4 PCOS
Has anyone lost weight from drinking the premier protein shakes I see them all over the place now my stomach is sensitive to stuff like that but I’m wanting to loose atleast 20-30 pounds if possible was on adipex and Orlistat but stopped it didn’t seem to be working after a few months on it started gaining my weight back
