PID stories

Any ladies dealt with PID ( pelvic inflammatory disease) before? I was diagnosed with it in August. After doing some reading yesterday, I realized that chlamydia or gonorrhea is the underlying cause. While I was in the hospital, they did a pap and blood test and told me I didn’t have any STD’s... but I am so scared now. We are on month 7 of TTC and I’m just wondering if that’s why I’m not getting pregnant..
