2 year old girl , 2 month old twins (b/g) and want another !

i know the title sounds crazy but i need to vent .. i really want to have 1 more baby soon so i can be done. after this baby i will be getting my tubes tied . i’m not a big believer in birth control because i don’t like the way they effect your body , so i would really like to just get it out of the way and have my last baby now and get my tubes tied during the csection.

anyone gone through something similar or have 4 kids under 4 ? what’s it like ? i couldn’t imagine it would be A LOT more work than having 3 under 3?
