I do both but I’m getting conflicting results and don’t know which one I should go by! Please help!

BBT will only confirm ovulation after the fact. CM is good to figure it out leading up to it. Really they should be used together!

BBT is helpful afterwards in determining if you ovulated, it can’t help you identify when you are about to ovulate (like cm does).
Is this question more about working out when you did ovulate?  Some women’s temp doesn’t rise the next day, it can take 1-2 days if that makes more sense to you.
