My boyfriend and I have been together for three years. He recently started hanging out with a certain friend more, and I often hang o it with them playing board games or whatever.

His friend is a super sweet and gentle guy, and he makes sure to always include me in conversations, ask me about my life and interests, etc. I can tell that occasionally my eye twinkles when he inquired about a book I’m reading or comments on my being good at something or whatever.

Even though this is all friendly, my boyfriend hates it. But I enjoy being included and paid attention to! My boyfriend doesn’t ask about my life like his friend does and I get it, we live our life together, but should I be monitoring my responses and stuff so he doesn’t feel threatened?
