TTC no luck 😪

Hi guys so I've been trying to conceive for 8 months now I have a 3 year old and we knew it was time for him to have a sibling.

Within a month of trying I started getting pain in my pelvic area hurts more around ovulation and sometimes my period but it's a bit random. I'm under a gyno as I suspected I may have endo

The gyno said not typical endo symptoms as I dont have heavy periods or painful etc and it came on all of a sudden (age 29) and it could be scar tissue from having my appendix out 5 years ago. Long story short I'm still not pregnant and I'm heart broken everytime I come on I havent been on a pill for 15 months . We literally have sex every single day for around 6 days of my ovulation and then 3 times a week when it's not ovulation.

I'm back at the gyno end of this month as he wanted to give me another few months before he decided on whether to look inside. is it normal to take this long for your second?

Also I have been getting really bad back pain just before I'm due on which lasts a few days then its alright again just wondering if that's normal? I do suffer with my back anyway but seems to get worse around period time although I have read this is hormonal.

At wits end even willing to try anything 😪😪
