Hi ladies, I hope you are all well😘 I wanted to get some feedback on an issue that started for me yesterday. I am 7 weeks pregnant and have had some light pink spotting once or twice so far but yesterday I started to get a constant ache in my right side where my ovary would be..its worse then period cramping and i did have some red spotting (literally a small amount in my discharge) which only happened the one time yesterday but the only thing that stopped the pain was for me to go and lie down. This morning I woke up fine for work, but now the pain in the right side is back again....anyone know what this could be? Do I need to see a doctor? Xx
