PP discharge - Questions?!!

*UPDATE*

Saw the midwife and she was able to remove a LARGE chunk of membrane! So gross, but everything is good otherwise! Second pic below for those that dare to look...

Let me start this by saying I’m going to calling my midwife in the morning no matter what answers/input I receive here...

But I am 10 days pp and I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had some of what I thought was the normal lochia, but instead of easily coming off when I wiped like normal, it wouldn’t really come without a little tug.

When I tugged I almost got the same sensation as when you get a pap and they scrape? That kind of cramping.

I’ve also noticed I’ve been a bit more crampy today.

On top of that, after I peed I went to wipe again and now there’s another piece hanging that’s like stuck. I’m afraid to pull, so I just put a pad in and am in bed.

The stuff that came out looked more like tissue than mucus to me, especially if you zoom in on the picture.

I’ve also had pain in my vulva/clitoral/labia area. I only had a couple of tiny tears she said, vaginal birth to a super small baby. This pain is semi new, and doesn’t seem to respond to ibuprofen.

And input or similar experiences welcome!!
