Please read! I’m so confused !

I had spotting on the 18. And than spotting on the 5th. Very very very light spotting on the 5th. And I had cramps on the 3rd. Should I test? Or should I wait.

If I had spotting on the 18th.. would that of been from ovulation? Than that would mean I was suppose to start my period on the 1st? So what would the spotting be on the 5th?

Sooo confused😭😭😭
