I’m so confused...

I took a test when I was three days late but had a negative . I’ve been feeling sick all day today , really bad cramps and my right breast is hurting. I also had a bit of heart burn this morning. I don’t usually get sore breasts before period and only get bad cramps when I’m actually on it.

Could I still be pregnant ?? Or would testing three days late be highly accurate?
