Spotting during early pregnancy

Hi all, I took three pregnancy tests tonight and got three very strong positives. However, I’m spotting and cramping. I plan to call my doctor in the morning to confirm the pregnancy and ask about the spotting. In the meantime, I know spotting is “normal” and this question has probably been asked a million times but this is brown and red blood. No clots but it’s definitely bleeding. Anyone else experience this? I think I’m about 4-6 weeks pregnant but the strong lines makes me think it’s closer to 6 weeks. I’ve never been pregnant before but I’m cautiously optimistic!
