What should baby wear to sleep?

I have the love to dream swaddle up for my LO, it says it's 1.0 tog. I've seen the infographic a few times that shows what baby should wear but I'm still confused... 
If her room is somewhere between 68-72 degrees, what should she wear under the swaddle? Are footie PJs okay, or should feet be uncovered? Should she have a short sleeve onesie under her PJs? Should they be cotton or fleece?
So much FTM anxiety lol

I have mine naked with a blanket wrapped around him and a Velcro swaddle. So he’s essentially a double swaddled burrito.

I’d do a short sleeve onesie. That’s pretty warm for nighttime

I put my little one in long sleeve footie PJ’s. I got the info off of the chart on the package.
